I am a private Math and Physics tutor in the Northshore area.

Mathematics and Physics are a part of our lives whether we understand them or not, and the way I look at it – it does not hurt to understand more. People often dislike what they don’t understand, and parents and teachers often notice that in their children and students.  I make math and physics approachable, even easy for my students.

I offer private tutoring lessons with flexible scheduling in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Precalculus, Trigonometry, Calculus, AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Physics B, AP Physics C. I also provide test preparation for the math portions of ACT, and SAT, including the following topics: arithmetics, number properties, algebra, geometry, coordinate geometry, percents, ratios, work, rate, and mixture problems, probability, overlapping sets, etc. I provide expert help in homework, as well as test and exam preparation, adapting the lessons to the individual needs of a student, and demonstrating alternative methods for solving problems, as well as faster methods and shortcuts where appropriate.

I possess a Master’s Degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Education with honors and a perfect GPA. Math and Physics are not always easy, but I love every detail. My degree in education sets me apart from many tutors, because not only I solve mathematics and physics problems, but I was trained, and also practiced to pass my understanding to students. With 5 years teaching high school and college, and over 15 years experience tutoring math and physics, I can help students in their studies, or teach a course.

It is my outmost priority not only to assist my students with their homework or test preparation, but to help them succeed in their current and future Mathematics and Physics courses.
